Pros and Cons of Natural Skincare
TO SOAP OR NOT TO SOAP
Every day on the internet you are inundated with "use this, not that" and "eat this, not that" and "if you touch that Dove/Olay/Irish Spring bar you might as well be putting poison on your skin" and so on and so forth. And there is validity to that (well, maybe not the poison bit). These are the only bodies we have, so let's take care of them, right? On the other hand: time, money, ease of access...those things matter too. So let's break it down!
PROS (AKA why should you use goat milk soap):
Ingredients
These are no joke and should carry heavy weight when pondering! Goat's milk that nourishes, oils that replenish, vitamins that speed the healing of your skin, and best of all: every ingredient you can pronounce, recognize, and rejoice in!
Variety
Do you ever get tired of using the same 2 soap fragrances or just grimly choose the lesser of two evils? Truzzi's soaps have over 40 scintillating fragrances to choose from (yeah, that's right, over 40!) which guarantees that you will find one that hits the spot just right! And frankly, you will likely find more then one awesome fragrance that you will keep on coming back for.
Shopping Local
In this age of amazon (which I love dearly, do not mistake me) it's easy to forget about the community that's around you. It's easy to forget that buying local supports your community, your economics, and affects you directly. So even if it's not us, shopping local when you can is something we are highly in favor of!
Skin Problems
If you struggle with eczema, dry skin, psoriasis, acne, or just want to keep your skin looking healthy, goat milk soap has been shown to have incredible benefits for your skin. Speaking anecdotally, goat milk soap and lotion were the only things that helped our youngest son's eczema, so we are extra thankful for being able to use such a natural product to solve the problem!
